The BBC Mobile site lets you access BBC News, BBC Sport, My Club ( a football community ), Highlights, CBBC mobile, Bitesize ( help with revision ), Entertainment, Dr Who Tardisodes, Spooks mobile site, Eastenders Quiz, BBC Movies, National Lottery Results, Weather services, TV and Radio Guides.
WCities World City Guide
WCities World City Guide lets you search for local information Worldwide. It covers Europe, North America, Asia, Australasia, South America, Central America, The Caribbean and Africa. You can also select your language. Simply select the city you want to explore and you can either narrow the search to a neighbourhood or general city info.
You can browse tourist information for those visiting the city, places to stay,go dining out maybe or a place for a drink. Where the main entertainment venues or places to go shopping. Local sports venues and events going on in the area can also be searched. All in all a very useful tool when you’re new to an area!
Google GMail
Google GMail is now available to mobile users with WAP phones or PDAs. Using GMail you really new have to throw any mails away, since you get loads of free storage using this great service. Being able to access it via a nice simple interface makes it a joy to use when your on the move.
